Hey, it happens. That's why we are proud to announce that we no longer charge Change or Cancellation Fees on lodging bookings. Change or cancel your lodging reservation online or through the call center and we won't charge you a penalty. Please note, you may still be subject to change and cancellation fees that the hotels and other properties impose and require us to pass on.
